Backend Software Engineer C++ Linux

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer with expertise in C++ and Linux to join our team at Workonblockchain. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput C++ trading systems for high-frequency trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain market data feed handlers, order entry systems, and execution algorithms, focusing on minimizing latency while ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Develop and optimize C++ code for high-performance trading systems, leveraging expertise in multithreading, real-time systems, and network programming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement distributed network architecture and cloud-based systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in C++ and Linux, applying knowledge to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Advanced C++ development skills, including experience with C++ 17, multithreading, real-time systems, and network programming.
  • Strong knowledge of the Linux OS and distributed network architecture.
  • Familiarity with AWS is important.
  • Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Design Patterns, and Data Structures is essential.
