Guest Liaison Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Liaison Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Guest Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling and Monitoring: You will be responsible for patrolling our facilities, including malls, service areas, and public spaces, to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
- Incident Management: In the event of an incident, you will be responsible for diffusing the situation and preventing further occurrences.
- Communication and Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Health and Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff, including enforcing health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Shift Management: You will be responsible for managing the shift, including controlling the radio communication, monitoring CCTV cameras, and managing the control room.
- First Aid and Emergency Response: You will be responsible for providing first aid and responding to emergency situations, including evacuating the premises if necessary.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- SIA Licence: You will need to hold a valid SIA licence for CCTV and Security Guarding.
- Experience and Skills: You will need to have experience of working in a customer-facing role and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IOSH Training: IOSH training is desirable but not essential.
