We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Liaison Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Guest Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Patrolling and Security: Patrol malls, service areas, service desks, and public areas to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents and prevent occurrences using minimal enforcement, while maintaining fire and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including advising tenants on management regulations and assisting with first aid if necessary.
- Shift Management: Manage shifts, including control room duties, answering telephone enquiries, monitoring cameras, and radio communication.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in a safe, proper, and thorough manner, taking into account health and safety legislation, company policies, and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain polite and good communication with colleagues, tenants, and shoppers at all times.
- SIA Licence: Hold a valid SIA licence for CCTV and Security Guarding.
- Experience: Have experience of working and building partnerships with clients.
- IOSH Training: Possess IOSH training or be willing to undergo training.
- Communication Skills: Be articulate and able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Be an organized individual who can demonstrate a record of planning and managing workflows.
