About the Role
The Grants Funding and Parish Liaison Officer is a new role in Talk Community, enhancing the ability of the Talk Community Development Officers to provide advice and support to Herefordshire's Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations to be successful in securing funding from the widest range of sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of quality information and advice on funding to local VCSE organisations
- Main point of contact for Parish Council enquiries
- Supporting VCSE organisations to identify grant funding opportunities and make successful applications
- Working in partnership with communities to improve their health and wellbeing
About You
You will have experience in working with voluntary and community organisations of all sizes, a passion for working in partnership with communities, and an understanding of how voluntary and community organisations can benefit residents and improve life chances.
