Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Met Hotel Leeds. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed
