We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at White Space Recruitment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
