About the Role

The University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Charity Hub team as a Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients, staff, and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to supporters, staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Offer general clerical and administrative support to the Charity, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and promote the Charity's activities, events, and services to enhance engagement and support.
  • Manage and respond to all queries, whether charity- or hospital-related, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Drive across all 5 sites, staff charity pop-up stalls, and participate in other activities as required.
