About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring customer success in the East Anglia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate with all stakeholders involved in customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining deep insights into their needs and how our products can meet those needs.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement with our platform.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or academic sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-throughput screening technologies or similar products.
- Familiarity with oncology research, toxicity checks, or related fields.
