Blue Cross is a prominent animal welfare organization with a rich legacy of caring for animals in need. Since 1897, we have been devoted to assisting pets, and your role as a Retail Support Assistant will play a vital part in our ongoing mission.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our charming shop in King Street, Ludlow. Our stores are filled with a diverse array of donated items, including apparel, literature, toys, household items, and soft furnishings. We also provide a selection of new products to complement our donated offerings. Every purchase contributes to the essential care we provide for animals in need.
About the RoleAs a Retail Support Assistant, you will offer crucial assistance to the Shop Manager in the daily operations of our store. Our shop operates Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.
Your responsibilities will include aiding with customer service, inventory management, and general shop tasks. You will be on a zero-hour contract, and your working hours will fluctuate based on the shop's requirements.

  • Demonstrates computer literacy and administrative skills.
It would be advantageous but not mandatory if you have experience:
  • Managing volunteers.
