About the Role

Marks Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a successful international, PE-backed healthcare buy and build business to find a highly skilled CFO to join their executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute an effective buy-and-build strategy, guiding the company through its next phase of profitable growth.
  • Work closely with the senior management team and the PE firm to ensure financial excellence and execute due diligence for potential acquisitions.
  • Provide skilled financial leadership, develop and execute the business's financial strategy, and offer accurate financial projections to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the CEO and management team in developing and delivering the business plan while leading the finance and operations department.
  • Play a key role in professionalising the business by implementing controls, processes, and procedures to support growth.
Requirements
  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
  • Experience being a CFO in a PE-backed business with a strong track record in an International Buy and Build environment.
  • A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes, management information, and financial reporting.
  • Experience of acquisitions and integrations with a thorough understanding of financial due diligence for acquisitions, and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate at pace and drive change.
