About the Role

Marks Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a leading Buy and Build PE-backed multisite healthcare business based in North West England to find a seasoned CFO who can drive financial excellence and growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Private Equity firm to execute due diligence for potential acquisitions and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

As a trusted advisor, the CFO will be responsible for ensuring the financial performance of the business and driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and Private Equity firm to drive business growth and financial excellence
  • Execute due diligence for potential acquisitions and mergers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure financial performance and drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls
Requirements

A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a proven track record in scaling up a business, preferably in the healthcare, consumer-facing, or related sectors.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to strengthen relationships with investors and business partners.

Experience in Buy and Build PE-backed businesses is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving financial excellence and growth in a Buy and Build PE-backed business.

They will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Private Equity firm, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
