About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERTMS Maintenance Trainer Assessor to join our team at Colas Rail UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the training and competency assessment regime for engineering staff, with a specific focus on ERTMS/ETCS signalling system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective systems are in place to manage ERTMS/ETCS Training and Competencies.
  • Co-ordinate training and re-certification of artisans and plant operators.
  • Maintain the staff competency data base.
  • Develop training and assessment documentation.
  • Assist with Technical, Safety & incident investigations as required.
  • Analyses, forecast, plan and monitor the competency management system.
  • Attend meetings as business requirements.
  • Lead and participate in Business & Safety meetings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures.
