Job Title: Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our Transportation team at Kier Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and delivering training material relevant to the Highways Maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training courses and content in line with awarding organisation policies
  • Assess the workforce throughout the contract in various disciplines, including manual handling, vehicle marshal, CAT & Genny, small tools, and Health and Safety training
  • Support quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of training and assessment
Requirements:
  • Traffic Management experience in NHSS 12AB, D, or Streetworks (NRSWA)
  • City & Guilds Winter Service Operator Card
  • Plant Instructor or Operative Qualifications (CPCS/NPORS/ALLMI/RTITB)
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
