Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Hartlepool area. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider that offers a range of care services.

This care home provides residential care for individuals who require assistance with daily tasks, and nursing care for those with complex medical needs. They also offer residential dementia care and 24-hour nursing dementia care for residents who require it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance care delivery
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing clinical skills to guide and support team members
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, ensuring adherence to its guidance at all times

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding and effective use of IT and communication systems required for the role
  • Respect for the values, views, and needs of others
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Experience in delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector
  • Experience participating in quality and clinical governance programs
