Job Title: Cloud Solution Architect

Join Microsoft's Customer Success team as a Cloud Solution Architect and play a key role in delivering customer success. As a Cloud Solution Architect Manager, you will lead a team of experts who enable customers to achieve their outcomes using Microsoft technology (Azure Data, Analytics, and AI Services).

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving the team to ensure customers get value from their Microsoft investments. You will leverage your technical expertise to architect and deploy first-class cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure, applying scalable best practices with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects to deliver customer success
  • Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure
  • Apply scalable best practices with CAF and WAF
  • Drive team accountability to ensure revenue and business metrics are achieved
  • Partner with Microsoft stakeholders to land and drive CSA role clarity, account coverage, project assignment, and effective cross-team collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Developing & Motivating Talent: Build a diverse team with capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives
  • Problem Solving: Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Operational Excellence: Apply principles, systems, tools, and strategic insights to sustainably improve key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive operational efficiencies
  • Situational fluency (Interpersonal Flexibility): Study your customer, understanding the situation, and reacting accordingly
