Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Location: Cannock

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, liaising with clients and prospective buyers, and working towards achieving office targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking in valuations and securing business
  • Conducting viewings based on office policies and procedures
  • Registering applicants across our platforms
  • Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
  • Ordering EPCs and ensuring compliance
  • Pro-actively ringing through database contracts to generate business
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Rotating window cards and branch material
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience and a natural selling ability
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good IT skills and ability to work with various software systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience:
  • Estate agency experience: 1 year (required)
Working Days:
  • Monday to Friday 8:45-5:30pm, alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm (lieu day accrued when a Saturday is worked)
