About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, liaising with clients and prospective buyers, and working towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate viewings and liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Follow up viewings and generate leads to help the office achieve sales targets.
  • Manage your own diary and be self-motivated and well-organized.
  • Secure business and conduct viewings based on office policies and procedures.
  • Register applicants across our platforms and create media materials to release properties to the market.
  • Pro-actively ring through database contracts to generate business and rotate window cards and branch material.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a natural selling ability.
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Articulate with strong negotiation skills and a natural flair for dealing with people.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to work under pressure.
