Transaction Manager Role:

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives, focusing on enquiry management processes, controlling sales deals, and providing second-facing support where needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Brand and Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Working closely with Sales Specialists to ensure customer awareness of product ranges, including extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Supporting vehicle sales campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Developing incentives and development programs for the sales team to promote financial products and services
  • Linking with Business Sales Advisors and Fleet Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive accurate and relevant options for finance and leasing packages
  • Coaching and assisting sales staff to understand customers' financing needs and offer appropriate products at the right time

Hours of work: Monday to Friday and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
