Job Title: Business Centre Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Centre Operations Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our business centre, ensuring that all aspects of the centre's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee the sales process from customer viewings to signing office agreements
  • Drive the customer journey from end to end, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences and maximizing conversion
  • Onboard new customers, managing key touchpoints throughout their term
  • Retain existing customers, owning the end-to-end renewal process
  • Process supplier invoices and manage monthly invoicing
  • Review and manage site P&L against budget, achieving budgeted profit for the centre
  • Ensure centre debt is regularly reviewed, with all overdue invoices resolved in line with budget
  • Engage in regular networking events and build relationships with local commercial real estate agents
  • Take responsibility for customer service within the centre, resolving queries and enquiries promptly
  • Manage customer move-in and move-out efficiently, cost-effectively, and smoothly
  • Ensure meetings room standards are maintained, including furniture layout and equipment
  • Work closely with the operations team to maintain site standards and complete maintenance and refurbishments on time
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business centre, including daily walk-rounds to ensure standards of appearance are being maintained
  • Ensure company procedures and health and safety procedures are adhered to
  • Take responsibility for own learning and development, actively participating in activities that improve the quality of the service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market, including current customer base, direct competition, and local commercial rates

Requirements:

  • Proven sales skills and experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Marketing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Line management experience
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Flexible and able to travel to other sites across the North West
  • Must own a full, clean driving license
