Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations.
- Ensure every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
- Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
- Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
- Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
We're looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
