Established in the UK and Ireland in late 2008, Monster Energy oversees the supply, sales, distribution, and marketing operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Since its inception in 2002, Monster has emerged as a leading brand within the expanding energy drinks sector. In 2019, sales in the EMEA region exceeded 65 million cases, translating to €601 million in revenue.
With a workforce of over 3,600 employees, Monster Energy products are now available in approximately 141 countries and territories. The brand is characterized by its bold, edgy, and adventurous image.
As the Director of Revenue Growth Management, you will take charge of steering and executing the RGM strategy, supported by your RGM Manager. You will work collaboratively at the Group level with our bottling partners, as well as local commercial teams and their respective bottler RGM counterparts, to formulate the strategies and plans essential for achieving the organization's revenue growth objectives.
Your role will focus on optimizing Monster's commercial expenditures and leveraging data insights to influence pricing and promotional strategies necessary for driving business success, all while aligning with the overarching commercial strategy. This position demands exceptional analytical and financial acumen, along with strong collaboration across various functions, including Sales, Category Management, and Finance, to enhance our pricing strategy, price pack architecture, and trade expenditure.
