Role Responsibilities

  • Dishwashing – Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, either manually or using industrial dishwashers.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness – Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Manage waste disposal effectively.
  • Food Preparation – Assist chefs and cooks with fundamental food preparation tasks, including peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
  • Inventory Management – Aid in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Compliance with Health and Safety – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Manage goods in and out.

Required Qualifications

  • No formal education is mandated, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be advantageous.
  • Physical stamina and the capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
