Job Title: Cricket Operations (Women) & Facilities Assistant

Are you a highly organized and communicative individual with a passion for cricket? Do you have excellent administrative skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances?

We are seeking a Cricket Operations (Women) & Facilities Assistant to join our Operations Team at Somerset County Cricket Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Women's cricket teams, ensuring seamless execution of player logistics, matchday preparations, and training needs.

You will provide comprehensive support to players and their families, as well as provide key facilities support to the wider operations team and organization. To thrive in this role, you will be approachable, collaborative, and diplomatic, with the ability and desire to build positive working relationships.

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and have good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with all stakeholders. You will also have good general administrative and organizational skills, with an understanding of operations logistics and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
