Procurement Specialist

Gousto is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials into our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Planning: Plan and place Purchase Orders for the delivery of raw materials into multiple production sites.
- Inventory Management: Utilise data on production requirements, forecasts, and inventory targets to guide decision making.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously monitor demand patterns, lead times, and supplier performance to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stock outs or excesses.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and build strong working relationships to ensure successful execution of the Supply Chain strategy.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our KPIs and Supply Chain processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
