Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Avk-Seg. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers to ensure that the quality of work meets the standards required by Avk-Seg and our customers.
  • Contractual Compliance: Be aware of the contractual requirements of all projects, including payment milestones, key dates, technical requirements, and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Resource Planning: Plan resources to achieve acceptable commercial and technical results.
  • Decision Making: Make day-to-day decisions to support project customers and contracts, managing tasks in time to achieve required deadlines.
  • Site Acceptance Tests: Attend factory and site acceptance tests on projects when required, which may require weekend work.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure delivery of Avk-Seg projects on time and in accordance with the technical requirements of the contract.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present project financial reports with the commercial team, highlighting concerns and key highlights.
