  • Bicycle Maintenance: Execute a comprehensive range of bicycle maintenance tasks, including but not limited to brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel alignment, drivetrain upkeep, and suspension servicing. Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
  • Bicycle Assembly: Assemble new bicycles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and store protocols, ensuring they are safe and ready for sale.
  • Service Consultations: Engage with customers to evaluate their bicycle repair and maintenance requirements. Provide informed recommendations and cost assessments for services.
  • Parts and Accessories: Assist customers in choosing suitable parts, accessories, and enhancements for their bicycles.
  • Safety Assessments: Conduct thorough safety assessments on bicycles to identify and rectify potential safety concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all serviced bicycles comply with the highest quality benchmarks and safety standards.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain a well-organized and efficient workshop, including overseeing the inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service, including clarifying repair work to customers, addressing inquiries, and providing advice on bicycle upkeep.
  • Proficiency in bicycle mechanics, with the capability to diagnose and repair a diverse range of bicycle types and components.
  • Prior experience as a bicycle technician is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various bicycle brands, models, and components.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and practices related to bicycle repairs.
  • Willingness to stay informed about the latest advancements in bicycle technology and repair methodologies.

Work is primarily conducted in a workshop environment.

May require prolonged periods of standing and lifting of heavy items.

Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, may be necessary based on operational demands.
