We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Associate Director to join our Manchester office and lead our civil infrastructure-related commercial and residential development projects.

About the Role
  • Lead engineer on mid to large-sized projects, managing a team of 5-10 engineers and technicians to deliver projects to time, budget, and quality.
  • Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.
  • Provide estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of drainage design, including piped systems and SuDS-based systems.
About You
  • Civil Engineering degree or similar.
  • Significant experience in UK development-related infrastructure engineering, preferably from a private/consultancy background.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
