About the Role:

Investigo is collaborating with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization to identify a skilled Procurement Manager specializing in digital media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a solid history of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while managing procurement categories aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring effective strategic sourcing and supplier management for designated categories.
  • Conduct comprehensive strategic sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and consistently monitor and report on savings performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships with a focus on commercial outcomes, including contract management, performance evaluation, and risk assessment.
  • Implement best practices in tender management, negotiating terms and pricing to ensure optimal value.

Required Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Media Category Management, encompassing both in-store and digital media, along with contract negotiation experience.
  • Significant procurement experience within an international context.
  • Extensive knowledge of the complete procurement cycle, from RFP processes to contract negotiations and management.
  • Experience collaborating with Privacy, Legal, and Information Security teams during supplier onboarding and due diligence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with various internal departments and supplier partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of liaising with both commercial and technical teams.
  • Additional familiarity with marketing category management is advantageous.
