Job Title: CYP Lead

Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is seeking an experienced and skilled CYP Lead to join our team. As a CYP Lead, you will be responsible for leading the provision of exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years.

About the Role:
  • Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs
  • Ensure the team's delivery of effective care by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership
  • Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security and safeguards the welfare of children
  • Undertake Human Resource activities for all members of the team
  • Plan, monitor, and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment
  • Develop strategies and policies for service improvement
  • Support and lead the team
Requirements:
  • You will be a Registered Sick Children's Nurse
  • NMC registered
  • EPLS/PALS is essential
  • Child Protection level 3
  • Experience working in a lead role within a similar setting
  • Experience working as a practitioner in and across multi-disciplinary teams
