## Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to exceed their expectations
* Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries
* Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
* Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data

## Requirements

* Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management
* Ability to establish and build rapport with customers
* Potential to forge a successful career in the industry
* Valid UK driver's license
* Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience preferred but not essential
