We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visual Supervisor to join our team at The White Company. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and meet the high standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure that the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display planning to ensure that the store is visually appealing and meets the brand's standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
