Role Overview

As a key member of our FatFace team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through the visual proposition. Your primary focus will be on creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand and culture, while ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the store according to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour, ensuring the integrity of the brand is maintained at all times.
  2. Develop and Train Your Team: Support the development of your team, including training, coaching, and appraisals to ensure they reach their full potential.
  3. Drive Sales and Performance: Analyze financial data, retail strategy, and local knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and support commercial decisions to drive store performance and exceed KPI targets.
  4. Manage Store Operations: Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
  5. Implement the Retail Plan: Use effective planning and organizational skills to successfully implement the retail plan and achieve business objectives.
  6. Communicate with Head Office: Liaise with Head Office to influence and maximize the stock package where appropriate.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash and stock management, health and safety, and security of premises.
  8. Oversee Visual Merchandising: Execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards, including leading sale/new season launches and floor moves.
  9. Champion the FatFace Vision: Champion the FatFace vision and values in store, keeping the customer at the heart of all decision making.
  10. Develop and Coach Crew: Provide crew with learning, development, and coaching opportunities to aid in achieving high-performing teams.
  11. Maximize Sales Opportunities: Use local knowledge and creativity to maximize sales opportunities that are unique to your market.
