Role Overview

This position is pivotal in sustaining and expanding Steer's expertise in research and insight. Although primarily based in the UK, the role will connect with our research community across the US, India, Italy, and Latin America, facilitating the exchange of best practices and collaborative opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in discipline development and technical assurance for research initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support diverse projects and share insights.
Work-Life Balance

At Steer, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance, encouraging full-time employees to spend 60% of their time either in the office or on-site with clients. We strive to maintain a typical work week of 37 hours, with flexible arrangements available for part-time opportunities.
