Regulatory Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Associate to join our Financial Regulation Team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on regulatory aspects of commercial contracts, customer terms, asset transfers, and new client propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on regulatory aspects of commercial contracts, customer terms, asset transfers, and new client propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-quality advice and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and changes, ensuring our clients receive expert guidance.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework within which retail investment businesses operate.
- Experience of corporate transactional work and commercial contracts, with the ability to draft related regulatory provisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise advice, confident in its technical basis but user-friendly to busy executives.
- Flexibility and willingness to work to tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
