About the Role

As a DaaS and Lifecycle Services Architect, you'll be a subject matter expert in all aspects of lifecycle and supporting services technologies. This includes device lifecycle management (DaaS), configuration, disposal, break/fix, field support, and dispatch. You'll work within an ITIL framework to design and implement comprehensive solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team (Lead Deal Architect, Sales Specialist, Commercial Architect, delivery teams, and stakeholders) to develop technical, operational, and commercial solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and map them against Computacenter's existing capabilities and service offerings.
  • Leverage Shared Service Factory and core capabilities to maximize opportunities.
  • Design and cost custom solutions for services outside of Computacenter's existing capabilities, working with the Lead Deal Architect and delivery teams.
  • Develop innovative and cost-efficient end-to-end service designs involving vendors and external partners where necessary.
  • Support the Lead Deal Architect in driving innovation and continuous improvement within your area of expertise.
  • Assist the Lead Deal Architect and Sales Specialist in preparing bid responses, including writing and presenting content related to your expertise.
  • Outline transition and transformation requirements based on the service design.
  • Ensure adherence to Computacenter's policies and procedures during design implementation.
  • Create costings for developed services across all areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for solutions and costing.
  • Work as part of a team on larger solutions to ensure seamless handover to support organizations.
  • Participate in the creation of customer-facing pricing templates and review/approve commercial and financial aspects.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across Computacenter.
  • Organize internal support to meet quality and timeline requirements.
  • Embrace and uphold Computacenter's mission and core values.

What You Have

  • In-depth knowledge of lifecycle and supporting services, including DaaS, configuration, disposal, break/fix, field support, and dispatch.
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
