Job Title: Estates Strategy Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our Estates team, you will be responsible for delivering designated projects as part of the Surrey Estates Strategy and Estates Development Masterplan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of designated projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide strategic advice and recommendations regarding the real estate and factors affecting value of land and development opportunities.
  • Team Management: Manage staff in a professional and positive manner, ensuring that all actions are consistent and transparent across teams.
  • Financial Management: Accountable for full accountability for capital/revenue budgets, ensuring efficient financial planning and management of investments and grant finding opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior stakeholders and consultants to deliver designated projects and strategies, ensuring a proactive and assertive approach to time, performance, risk, and change management.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: Full current membership of a professional body, e.g., Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
  • Education: Architectural, surveying, or construction, engineering degree or suitable alternative experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context, and ideally within a public sector organization.
