About the Role

Ongo Proud to Care is seeking to appoint experienced Care Workers in the care sector who have a Valid UK Driving License to support care homes as an agency care worker.

We are hiring for multiple roles in the care sector aimed at looking after vulnerable adults in the residential, dementia, and respite care sectors. We are looking for people with a drive and passion to make a positive difference to residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing all aspects of personal care
  • Assisting with medications
  • Ensuring all needs are met as outlined in the residents' personal care plans
  • Independent working alongside working in a team
  • Maintaining communication with staff and service users
  • General Household duties
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in Home care: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
Working Arrangements
  • Flexible hours and shifts may vary
  • Day shifts and Night Shifts available
  • Work Location: In person

Pay Rate: £17.16 per hour
