**Job Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate Care Workers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
**Skills**:
- Experience in care, nursing homes, dementia care, or similar settings
- Proficiency in first aid and medication administration
- Ability to provide home care services with empathy and respect
- Capable of performing heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities
**Entry requirements of this job**:
There are no formal academic entry requirements. In most cases the worker will be required to register with the appropriate statutory body which involves satisfying the registration criteria. This would normally include holding or working towards the appropriate qualification for the job

- and on-the-job training is available. Background checks including a CRB check are required.
