Access Your Care is a family run business in the heart of North Somerset. We are currently recruiting for people to join our growing team of dedicated Adult Care Workers to support our clients across North Somerset. We are recruiting in; **Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea, Winscombe, Worle, Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Congresbury, and all surrounding villages.**

What is an Adult Care Worker? An Adult Care Worker is someone who offers support to those over the age of 18. The role focusses around helping our clients maintain their independence and stay living in their own homes. The support you offer comes in many different forms, from helping with meal preparation, morning routines, or assisting with personal care.

But this job entails way more than that, you may well be the only social interaction that your client has that morning, so a warm smile and a cheerful hello will always make the difference. You will end up getting to know your clients well, giving them that little ‘pick me up’ we all need from time to time.

No experience in the care industry? Not a problem, We provide full training through our induction course, then when you’re ready to hit the road you will be partnered with one of our experienced care workers who will stay with you until you’re fully confident to work alone. And the best thing is, you’ll be paid right from the start of this process.
