Position Title:

Sales Advisor

Compensation:

£27,500 base salary (potential to earn up to £34,000 in the first year)

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days (including one weekend day)

Are you experienced in both face-to-face and telephone sales? Are you eager to be part of a dynamic company at the beginning of an exciting new chapter? The Recruitment Co. is currently seeking candidates for one of our prominent clients, and this opportunity may be ideal for you. Please note that initial training will take place at a different location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales and occupancy targets
  • Collaborating with management to establish sales objectives
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere on the sales floor
  • Contributing to a supportive team environment
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining an inviting store environment
  • Providing tailored solutions for individual customers

Candidate Profile:

  • A motivated and self-assured individual
  • Focused on meeting KPIs
  • Proven experience in sales conversion
  • Background in telesales (not limited to face-to-face experience)
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Flexible with work shifts
  • Driver's license preferred
