We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Data input accurately onto Aramark systems
- Data input accurately on a number of MOD network systems
- Carry out compliance checks of those systems on other trading outlets
- Support with compliance, quality assurance checks, GFE/GFA checks, & Float confirmation checks
- Answering the telephone and taking messages, communicating them out to correct departments
- Organising / set up of meetings and meeting rooms, booking in & liaison with guests & visitors
- Typing of menus, function letters, functions costings and marketing support
- Notetaking and typing of memos and company letters as and when required.
- Manage stock, orders and transfers and distribution within set budgets
- Maintain internal and external contacts lists
- Maintain Key security systems – key logs, registers
- Stock taking of central stock items as required
- Assist in recruitment procedures & onboarding
- Assist in maintaining personnel files
- Ensuring storage & retention of documents in line with GDPR and Aramark retention policies
- Take payments and keep financial records / accounts as required including support to Mess Accounts dept
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed.
- 1-2 years' experience in catering or retail sector desirable
- 1-2 years' administrative experience desirable
- H&S certificate Level 2 - Aramark training provided
- Formal clerical or administrative qualification desirable
- Excellent organisation skills
- A DBS check will be required
