We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Advisor to join our team at HRLife Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-centric environment, providing HR support to both UK and EMEA employees. You will be responsible for handling a range of HR queries, including maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, and bonus payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to employees on various HR-related matters
  • Support managers and employees with Workday and self-service
  • Ensure template letters and forms are reviewed and updated as needed
  • Support TUPE administration processes
  • Conduct Workday data audit checks
  • Work closely with the reward team on pension administration
  • Manage retirement and probation paperwork
  • Oversee the leaver process, including exit interviews and settlement agreements
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on restructures, M&A, and redundancies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a UK HR team in a large global matrix business
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days at home

Competitive salary of £40-45k plus benefits, 4 days a week, and hybrid working arrangements.
