Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner - Bank
At Spire Healthcare, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive work environment for our staff. We're seeking a skilled Perioperative Practitioner to join our team in Oadby, Leicester.
Main Duties
- Assist in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries, including orthopaedics, cosmetics, gynaecology, and ENT.
- Assess patients' health and well-being, developing care plans that consider the care pathway, perioperative risks, and patient wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.

Job Responsibilities
- Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse with current orthopaedic scrub experience.
- NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions on your PIN.
- Previous experience in a surgical/Theatre setting.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Working Hours and Benefits
Shifts across Monday to Friday, 9pm, and Saturdays, 5pm. Competitive rates for bank colleagues, often working to cover busy periods, sickness, or annual leave.
