Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Perioperative Practitioner to join our bank team at Spire Leicester Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries with varying complexity and specialism.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks, and patient well-being.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse with current orthopaedic scrub experience.
  • NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions on your PIN.
  • Experience working in a surgical/Theatre setting.
  • High motivation and ability to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.
