Position Overview

Join the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust as a Cleaning Services Operative. This role offers a competitive hourly wage, with additional pay for weekend, bank holiday, and unsociable hours. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

This position involves 30 hours of work per week on a rotating schedule, including alternate weekends. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is hands-on cleaning within an inpatient ward. You will gain essential skills and knowledge to perform your duties effectively, including:

  • Enhanced and periodic cleaning training.
  • Familiarization with National Cleaning Standards.
  • Completion of necessary documentation.
  • Training on equipment usage and waste management.

There may be occasions where you will be required to assist in other areas of the facility as needed.
