About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Skin Care Expert to join our team at La Mer. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized skincare advice, and promoting our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized client experiences
  • Confidently communicate with customers, understand their needs, and cater to their requirements
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance
  • Develop and maintain a high level of skincare knowledge, with a focus on La Mer products
