Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Senior Administrator to support our Learning and Development function. In this role, you will assist the team in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and development activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the team in developing, coordinating, and administering training programs and workshops.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining databases.
  • Assisting the team in preparing training materials and other educational resources.
  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling diaries and participant communication.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants.
  • Preparing ad hoc administrative reports.
  • Supporting the Learning and Development team in identifying areas of improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for learning and helping others develop their skills.
