About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in one of our stores. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance
