  • Provide expert HR support to management teams across multiple Service Centres, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Navigate complex employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to local employment regulations and Sulzer's policies while fostering best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, assisting in performance management, change management, and team development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational, matrixed environment, particularly within the service or engineering sectors.
  • Strong background in organizational development, with a track record of managing and delivering strategic HR projects that facilitate business transformation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultures.
