The Role of Our Deputy Shop Managers
Our deputy shop managers are commercially aware and constantly looking for new business opportunities. They motivate their teams, create a safe and energized work environment, and are accountable for their business. They are empowered, varied, and busy, and have the opportunity to work with amazing people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the shop team to achieve commercial goals and objectives
- Develop and implement business plans to increase sales and revenue
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage the shop's finances and resources effectively
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
